The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Karol Kopacz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominik Spychalski in the 5th minute of play. Karol Kopacz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dominik Spychalski in the 12th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Dominik Spychalski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karol Kopacz. Gortaty's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dominik Spychalski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After having played for 16 minutes, Dominik Spychalski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Alkomaty's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dominik Spychalski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aleksander Bykowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Corrêa having to interfere. Gortaty's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Dominik Spychalski scored to the left of an out of position Karol Kopacz, making the score, 4-0. Miromir Przebendowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karol Kopacz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Spychalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes in the game, Miromir Przebendowski fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Karol Kopacz having to interfere. Karol Kopacz was a little too slow when Dominik Spychalski got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 5-0. Sebastian Kasiewski kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dominik Spychalski to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Gortaty defense, Dominik Spychalski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karol Kopacz. The Gortaty fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karol Kopacz should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute, Dominik Spychalski made a precise shot to the right of Karol Kopacz. A collision led to Gortaty getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Iwo Mleczewski hit a great ball. Patryk Komornicki was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
