Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Chimborazo A.F.C's Marcos Bizi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Chimborazo A.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Vladimiro Chuse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chimborazo A.F.C's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Ros to maneuver through the defense. Samuel Oton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Napoleon Wolnik in the 16th minute. Napoleon Wolnik kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Chimborazo A.F.C getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Jacinto Vincent hit a great ball. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Chuse having to interfere. In the 29th minute Ernesto Pacifico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Marcos Bizi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. After 33 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vladimiro Chuse was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Panama booed when Chimborazo A.F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Txatxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 42nd minute of play forced Chimborazo A.F.C's goalkeeper Vladimiro Chuse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Abraham Alguacil sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chimborazo A.F.C's Vladimiro Chuse didn't even have to move. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Berganza was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Chimborazo A.F.C booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Miralles didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Tomas Berganza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vladimiro Chuse. That made the score 0-2 in the 63 minute of play. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Chimborazo A.F.C booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 minutes, Tomas Berganza made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Chimborazo A.F.C's Vladimiro Chuse tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute, Tomas Berganza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Chimborazo A.F.C's Vladimiro Chuse got control of the ball when Abraham Alguacil tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vladimiro Chuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 80th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Miguel Miralles fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 82nd minute Panama were awarded a corner. Abraham Alguacil went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Panama's Miguel Miralles to a score. 0-4 in the 82nd minute. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Pacifico in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute Chimborazo A.F.C were awarded a corner. Ernesto Pacifico went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Chimborazo A.F.C's corner Ernesto Pacifico fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marcos Cotilla quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 97th minute of play forced Chimborazo A.F.C's goalkeeper Vladimiro Chuse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Panama's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
