Moron's Thiago Pliego threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nacho Hernández, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 10th minute, Mariano Lacasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mihkel Aksalu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. Dep. Moron's Mihkel Aksalu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 21st minute of play. 21 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mihkel Aksalu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Thiago Pliego stood somewhat misplaced when Nacho Hernández came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 27 minute. With his leg Thiago Pliego managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Dep. Moron's Nacho Hernández fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mihkel Aksalu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Dep. Moron's Nacho Hernández slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Thiago Pliego. That made the score 2-2 after 35 minutes of play. Josepe Zabalo took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nacho Hernández to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Nacho Hernández's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Moron's Nacho Hernández was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Thiago Pliego in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mariano Lacasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Mihkel Aksalu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francisco Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Mariano Lacasa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mihkel Aksalu quite easily take care of the ball. Dep. Moron's Mihkel Aksalu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Figueroa in the 80th minute of play. Merrill Hancock hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Dep. Moron's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
