Áron Bódog was slow to take the kick. During this time ADM Taquaras's players had a chance to rest. 21 minutes into the match, Oliver Bierhoff had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ellis Schenck. Zlatan BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oliver Bierhoff was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ellis Schenck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Bierhoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Padro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oliver Bierhoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Hägglund in the 40th minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's goal looked a bit too open when Danell Mackiathan came free, but Jeremias Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, Zlatan BK's Uygar Orhan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremias Moreno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino was substituted for Oliver Bierhoff. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ubaldo Padro was the one to do the kick off. Jeremias Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Padro in the 54th minute of the match. With a little luck, ADM Taquaras's Jeremias Moreno got control of the ball when Danell Mackiathan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zlatan BK's Karl-Oskar Kinnman was substituted for Danell Mackiathan. Zlatan BK made a substitution. Carl Beck replaced Uygar Orhan. Zlatan BK made a substitution. In the 68th minute, Ubaldo Padro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Zlatan BK's goal looked a bit too open when Áron Bódog came free, but Ellis Schenck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute Karl-Oskar Kinnman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Denílson Tepedino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ellis Schenck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute of the match ADM Taquaras got a corner. Zlatan BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Áron Bódog ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog to fire away a dangerous shot which Ellis Schenck despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ellis Schenck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tales De Mileto in the 83rd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Zlatan BK's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Soeiro came free, but Ellis Schenck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ubaldo Padro had several of the ADM Taquaras's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 94 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Jeremias Moreno as he didn't even see the shot coming. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ubaldo Padro got free with Jeremias Moreno in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 98 minutes ADM Taquaras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Per Hägglund who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Zlatan BK's Per Hägglund to fire away a dangerous shot which Jeremias Moreno despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog that got to make the kick off. Ubaldo Padro scored 1-2 in the 105th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeremias Moreno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zlatan BK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
