Emesto Bodes got a throw-in 7 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bartolo Basualdo. In the 15th minute, Martin Rana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC aDeX fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. FC aDeX's Matei Oltean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Basualdo in the 24th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Bartolo Basualdo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matei Oltean was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Martin Rana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hermann Hesse read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After having played for 35 minutes, Bartolo Basualdo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartolo Basualdo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Martin Rana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Rana in the 37th minute of play forced Deportivo Popolizio FBC's goalkeeper Hermann Hesse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartolo Basualdo might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matei Oltean. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bartolo Basualdo ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartolo Basualdo got free with Matei Oltean in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, FC aDeX's Matei Oltean got control of the ball when Bartolo Basualdo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Martin Rana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Hermann Hesse made a huge save. After having played for 62 minutes, Martin Rana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC aDeX's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Rana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Torbjørn Trondsen was substituted for Nils Gielis. Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Tibor Nyilasi was substituted for Gaizkine Ibern. Matei Oltean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torbjørn Trondsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Deportivo Popolizio FBC were awarded a corner. Cris Ronaldo went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to FC aDeX getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Xesus Barrieta hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torbjørn Trondsen in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matei Oltean prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matei Oltean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olly Morgan, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. If Olly Morgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Deportivo Popolizio FBC defense, Martin Rana kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hermann Hesse. The Deportivo Popolizio FBC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermann Hesse should have stopped the shot. FC aDeX made a substitution. Dorin Tărâţă replaced Xesus Barrieta. Matei Oltean came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Popolizio FBC's Torbjørn Trondsen. But to his dismay, Torbjørn Trondsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. FC aDeX made a substitution. Daniel Enășoiu replaced Martin Rana. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Popolizio FBC's goalkeeper Hermann Hesse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Daniel Enășoiu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hermann Hesse. The goal made the score 2-3. In the 93rd minute Torbjørn Trondsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matei Oltean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC aDeX walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
