Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Filomeno Remir took the kick off in the first half of the match. Filomeno Remir took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Chiuzbaian. Ivan Chiuzbaian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Filomeno Remir might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ivan Chiuzbaian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Filomeno Remir ran back to his position shaking his head. 17 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Remir came free, but Ivan Chiuzbaian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhao Sen Yang in the 26th minute of play forced Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Roman Vachon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zhao Sen Yang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roman Vachon having to make a save. After having played for 40 minutes, Zhao Sen Yang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Zhao Sen Yang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 41st match minute, Manfredi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diego Cocca to maneuver through the defense. Petre Iftode hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zhao Sen Yang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Roman Vachon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zhao Sen Yang. After a defensive mix-up in Manfredi AFC's zone, Zhao Sen Yang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Vachon came out of the goal and Zhao Sen Yang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Manfredi AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stasio Bienienda took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by İlhami Akyazıcı in the 61st minute of play forced Manfredi AFC's goalkeeper Roman Vachon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manfredi AFC made a substitution. Son Banana replaced Filomeno Remir. In the 64th minute Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- were awarded a corner. Stasio Bienienda went to the cornerflag to take it. A very nice done corner allowed İlhami Akyazıcı to score against Roman Vachon in Manfredi AFC's goal. 1-1 after 64 minutes. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Mannie in the 69th minute of the match. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Son Banana, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 80 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Mannie came free, but Ivan Chiuzbaian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Son Banana, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Ivan Chiuzbaian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Mannie in the 87th minute of play. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Mugurel Pandele was substituted for İlhami Akyazıcı. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Emil Wielopolski was substituted for Grigore Maghiran. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goalie and right to Ronald Ferenc. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The whistle blew for the end of the second half and the match was still tied. The players were able to take a short break before lining up again for extra-time.

The players didn't get much rest, but they still tried to pep each other up as they lined up for the first half in overtime. Manfredi AFC's Son Banana started the play with his kick off. In the 99th minute Zhao Sen Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Vachon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Chiuzbaian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Mannie in the 105th minute of the match. If Zhao Sen Yang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 110th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Roman Vachon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhao Sen Yang in the 110th minute of play. 114 minutes into the game, Son Banana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ivan Chiuzbaian was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
