In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind USA's goalkeeper Marco Day, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of ⚓️Dynamo⚓️Mollösund⚓️ booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Bradley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wolf De Hond in the 5th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Oskar Wållander kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marco Day. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Vincent Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 18th match minute, ⚓️Dynamo⚓️Mollösund⚓️ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pan Chang Qian to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute of the match Cassius Byrne shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vincent Andreasson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vincent Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 31st minute of play. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wolf De Hond's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Wolf De Hond struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ⚓️Dynamo⚓️Mollösund⚓️. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 40th minute. Vincent Andreasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Oskar Wållander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Wolf De Hond in the 51st minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wolf De Hond received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oskar Wållander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57thth minute of the game Oskar Wållander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Wolf De Hond cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Marco Day was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Baba Moco put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marco Day. Vincent Andreasson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 66th minute. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baba Moco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baba Moco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd minute of the match ⚓️Dynamo⚓️Mollösund⚓️ got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Boris Ivarsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. Diego Bradley made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Khalid Parry however managed to control. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmie Holmqvist in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, ⚓️Dynamo⚓️Mollösund⚓️'s goal looked a bit too open when Khalid Parry came free, but Vincent Andreasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baba Moco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the match ⚓️Dynamo⚓️Mollösund⚓️ got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Boris Ivarsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Rosario Cepa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Day quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 94th minute Baba Moco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clément Lenglet hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
