Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tobias Nyberg started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd play minute Ingemar Tolsson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Julio Vera. 1-0. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Mörbyhus Palace was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Ahlén didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 11 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wlodzimierz Dawiec was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Mörbyhus Palace's Kenny Valrot. But to his dismay, Kenny Valrot quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Wlodzimierz Dawiec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 33rd minute of play. Mörbyhus Palace's Wlodzimierz Dawiec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute of play. In the 34thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mörbyhus Palace's Wlodzimierz Dawiec was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wlodzimierz Dawiec narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Ingemar Tolsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Nyberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Mörbyhus Palace made a substitution. Kenny Carlsson replaced Tobias Nyberg. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. When Kenny Carlsson came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Mörbyhus Palace fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kenny Carlsson couldn't finish the play. After 57 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 59th minute. Linus Hellsing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wlodzimierz Dawiec made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. After 66 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. 67 minutes into the game, Camilo Gisbert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mörbyhus Palace the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ecuador fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! 68 minutes into the match, Kenny Carlsson notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 72nd minute, Kenny Valrot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Luis Andino hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wlodzimierz Dawiec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenny Valrot in the 81st minute of play. Wlodzimierz Dawiec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Mörbyhus Palace's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Wlodzimierz Dawiec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Wlodzimierz Dawiec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Wlodzimierz Dawiec skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Wlodzimierz Dawiec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 89th minute. 93 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Wlodzimierz Dawiec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 97th match minute, Mörbyhus Palace was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Ahlén to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita, 97 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ecuador were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
