Denílson Coutinho didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 19th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Nicanor Macerio charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicanor Macerio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Oflador FC 2003's Nicanor Macerio got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 24 played minutes Florestal Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Vargas. The crowd rose to their feet as Nicanor Macerio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Denílson Coutinho. That made the score 2-0 in the 27 minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Oflador FC 2003's goal looked a bit too open when Gildo Mandrak came free, but Esteve Espiridion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafinha Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Durval Monteiro hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 40th minute, but Denílson Coutinho got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Florestal Futebol Clube hanging dry this time. Esteve Espiridion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gildo Mandrak in the 43rd minute of play. Florestal Futebol Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Durval Monteiro in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the game, Joaquin Teyo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oflador FC 2003's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Florestal Futebol Clube the free kick. After 47 played minutes Oflador FC 2003 got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Teyo. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gildo Mandrak was the one to do the kick off. Denílson Coutinho came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Oflador FC 2003's Nicanor Macerio. But to his dismay, Nicanor Macerio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Joaquin Teyo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 69thth minute of the game Gildo Mandrak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oflador FC 2003's Esteve Espiridion was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Esteve Espiridion made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafinha Cabral in the 70th minute. During the 72nd minute of the match Joaquin Teyo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Joaquin Teyo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Joaquin Teyo kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Denílson Coutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Macerio in the 79th minute of the match. After 84 played minutes Florestal Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Salles. Paolo Palos charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Many of Florestal Futebol Clube's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Florestal Futebol Clube may have spent more time on the ball, but Oflador FC 2003 were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
