Mariano Lacasa shot a long shot in the 6th minute and a light blocked Torjus Solvoll hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-1. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Torjus Solvoll. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. 13 minutes into the match, Gettrup SIK's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Casaus came free, but Torjus Solvoll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Torjus Solvoll. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 17th minute of play forced Gettrup SIK's goalkeeper Torjus Solvoll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenon Gall in the 18th minute of play. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loui Dyndgaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Torjus Solvoll narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Petrică Oproiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of play forced Gettrup SIK's goalkeeper Torjus Solvoll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 39 played minutes, Chile's Guillermo Fontirroig shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Torjus Solvoll came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chile reached it. After a rather tough play, Chile's Guillermo Fontirroig got a free kick in the 41st minute. Orlando Casaus hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Loui Dyndgaard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zenon Gall made a kick off. When Gettrup SIK's Petrică Oproiu in the 50th minute got a chance for a shot 50th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. Mariano Lacasa succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 52nd playminute. After 56 minutes of play, Gettrup SIK's Keld Popp made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 58th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torjus Solvoll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Torjus Solvoll in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petrică Oproiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Krestoffer Brandmose kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Thiago Pliego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zenon Gall's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torjus Solvoll having to make a save. With a little luck, Gettrup SIK's Torjus Solvoll got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match, Mariano Lacasa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Torjus Solvoll was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Orlando Casaus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Torjus Solvoll made a huge save. In the 84th minute, Chile's Orlando Casaus ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Torjus Solvoll. Torjus Solvoll yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. After 91 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Indiano. The supporters of Gettrup SIK booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Indiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torjus Solvoll made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chile eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
