Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olimpiu Urdoi started the match with the kick off. After 8 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Mightynes FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gunder Röd saved Mightynes FC from getting behind. Gunder Röd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 19th minute of play. Gunder Röd came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Cristian Sancho. But to his dismay, Cristian Sancho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 22nd minute of play forced Mightynes FC's goalkeeper Gunder Röd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gunder Röd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of the match. Gunder Röd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Juan Sebastián Puig fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gunder Röd quite easily take care of the ball. Mightynes FC's Gunder Röd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 39th minute of play. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunder Röd having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, Mightynes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Free Kick to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. After taking down the ball on Mightynes FC's corner Mathias Billström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Mightynes FC's Gunder Röd got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Free Kick kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. Olimpiu Urdoi scored 2-3 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristian Sancho came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gunder Röd could save by the left post. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunder Röd having to interfere. After 68 minutes Mightynes FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Gunder Röd was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Daniel Zorita capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Zorita really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 80th minute after Mightynes FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Juan Sebastián Puig to score against Gunder Röd in Mightynes FC's goal. 3-5 after 80 minutes. Gunder Röd made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Mightynes FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Mightynes FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunder Röd having to interfere. Ecuador played a much better game than Mightynes FC and deserved their victory. The Mightynes FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
