The FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Luca Lechințan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 22 minutes into the match, Trescientos's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Lechințan came free, but Pang Shi Bang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's corner Valer Perișoară fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pang Shi Bang quite easily take care of the ball. Pang Shi Bang made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horia Chioreanu in the 32nd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Horia Chioreanu could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Pang Shi Bang however easily saved by the left post. 37 minutes into the match, Trescientos's goalkeeper Pang Shi Bang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horia Chioreanu. Horia Chioreanu came free with the goalkeeper in the 39th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pang Shi Bang could save by the left post. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Horia Chioreanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Lucrețiu Sfetcu got control of the ball when Feliberto Llorenc tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th minute Adrian Nasta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pang Shi Bang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pang Shi Bang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Nasta, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute Oscar Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucrețiu Sfetcu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt's Lucrețiu Sfetcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Tiniebra in the 64th minute of play. Trescientos's Evelio Mondrevilla was substituted for Fernando Ribas. FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt made a substitution. Eric Gorcea replaced Valer Perișoară. If Feliberto Llorenc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pang Shi Bang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Costin Malcoci in the 71st minute of the match. Pang Shi Bang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Nasta, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Pang Shi Bang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Costin Malcoci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Eric Gorcea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pang Shi Bang was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 83 minutes into the match, Trescientos's Feliberto Llorenc sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucrețiu Sfetcu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costin Malcoci in the 84th minute of play forced Trescientos's goalkeeper Pang Shi Bang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 85th minute of the game. One of Trescientos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt:s goal. Trescientos:s Pang Shi Bang showed great skill when he stopped Adrian Nasta:s penalty. Trescientos's Unai Pineros was substituted for Burbano Dios. Oscar Tiniebra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucrețiu Sfetcu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Feliberto Llorenc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Lucrețiu Sfetcu made a huge save. A nice corner shot did that Edgardo Alcala got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucrețiu Sfetcu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Pang Shi Bang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Costin Malcoci's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Costin Malcoci scored 4-1 in the 98th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pang Shi Bang, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Trescientos players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt.
