With a little luck, Brazil Academy's José Vítor Prata got control of the ball when Eustaquio Marques tried to sneak it across the goal line. Renato Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Amaral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12thth minute of the game Maximiliano Omar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ცơყʂ ɠơƖɖ ʂ.ƈ's Renato Vidal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brazil Academy were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after ცơყʂ ɠơƖɖ ʂ.ƈ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Beto Soeiro took the corner. In the 24th minute Daniel Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renato Vidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Omar took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Renato Vidal. Renato Vidal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eustaquio Marques got free with José Vítor Prata in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
