An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Izel in the 16th minute of play forced TIBURON F.C's goalkeeper Emanuel Ceandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of TIBURON F.C booed when La Scaloneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Polat Aranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Gilberto Izel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Peres in the 27th minute of play. In the 30thth minute of the game Honorio Justin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save La Scaloneta from getting a goal against them. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Franco Moscatelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half La Scaloneta were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilberto Izel to make the kick off. Franco Moscatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Justin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute TIBURON F.C were awarded a corner. Clemente Azeari went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Florentino Sasoin got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Franco Moscatelli quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Gilberto Izel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Emanuel Ceandro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, TIBURON F.C's Emanuel Ceandro got control of the ball when Enrique Rozarius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Polat Aranda hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Polat Aranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franco Moscatelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Justin in the 73rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Honorio Justin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franco Moscatelli was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Emanuel Ceandro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chants of La Scaloneta echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as TIBURON F.C had held the ball for most of the match.
