Marno F.C.'s Aldo Beltxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Bide in the 9th minute of play. After 9 minutes of play, Ruquense FC's Silvano Bide made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aldo Beltxe was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Ruquense FC's Basilio Fernandez in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marno F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Ruquense FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leopoldo Tonio in the 26th minute. When Marno F.C.'s Igor Jokin in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ruquense FC's goalie prevented a goal. Marno F.C.'s Lázaro Cefero was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but François-Xavier Dionnet in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Igor Jokin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. François-Xavier Dionnet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Basilio Fernandez was the one to do the kick off. 50 minutes into the match, Marno F.C.'s Igor Jokin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that François-Xavier Dionnet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ruquense FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! Ruquense FC's François-Xavier Dionnet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Jokin in the 53rd minute of play. After 56 played minutes Marno F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cristobal Dominix. A collision led to Marno F.C. getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Cristobal Dominix hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Cefero got free with François-Xavier Dionnet in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ruquense FC's Ladislao Lehen was substituted for Miroslaw Mielak. Basilio Fernandez took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aldo Beltxe. Aldo Beltxe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Marno F.C. made a substitution. Zeledon Valiente replaced Lázaro Cefero. Marno F.C.'s Doni Guedes was substituted for Igor Jokin. Marno F.C.'s Uriel Asier quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Aadolf Virolainen, made in the 80th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Marno F.C.'s Zeledon Valiente slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of François-Xavier Dionnet. That made the score 2-2 after 84 minutes of play. Aldo Beltxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basilio Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Bide in the 94th minute of play forced Marno F.C.'s goalkeeper Aldo Beltxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
