Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Basilio Fernandez started the match with the kick off. François-Xavier Dionnet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Izel, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Izel in the 11th minute of play forced Ruquense FC's goalkeeper François-Xavier Dionnet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Izel came free, but François-Xavier Dionnet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franco Moscatelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilberto Izel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but François-Xavier Dionnet made a huge save. The nice shot from Gilberto Izel in the 17thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but François-Xavier Dionnet had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 20th minute of the match, Gilberto Izel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but François-Xavier Dionnet saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Enrique Rozarius struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. François-Xavier Dionnet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Scaloneta. Silvano Bide received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Franco Moscatelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Silvano Bide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Fernandez came free, but Franco Moscatelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. François-Xavier Dionnet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilberto Izel in the 35th minute. François-Xavier Dionnet came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by La Scaloneta's Gilberto Izel. But to his dismay, Gilberto Izel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. François-Xavier Dionnet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrique Rozarius in the 43rd minute. Enrique Rozarius received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. François-Xavier Dionnet came out and tried to block the shot, but Enrique Rozarius slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 44th minute. Gilberto Izel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gilberto Izel to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52ndth minute of the game Basilio Fernandez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Franco Moscatelli made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Basilio Fernandez sent off a good shot on target. François-Xavier Dionnet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Izel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. François-Xavier Dionnet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Rozarius in the 59th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Izel in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg François-Xavier Dionnet saved Ruquense FC from getting behind. Gilberto Izel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. François-Xavier Dionnet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save La Scaloneta from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Basilio Fernandez got free with Franco Moscatelli in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, La Scaloneta's Franco Moscatelli got control of the ball when Basilio Fernandez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruquense FC's Ladislao Lehen was substituted for Miroslaw Mielak. After 69 played minutes Ruquense FC got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Tonio. Basilio Fernandezs short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Franco Moscatelli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 76 minutes La Scaloneta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Leopoldo Tonio who took care of the corner kick. Enrique Rozarius might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over François-Xavier Dionnet. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Enrique Rozarius ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Ruquense FC's Leopoldo Tonio got a free kick in the 87th minute. La Scaloneta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Basilio Fernandez scored to the left of an out of position Franco Moscatelli, making the score, 2-1. After 93 played minutes La Scaloneta got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Rozarius. The La Scaloneta players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
