Arnoldo Canor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Transito in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute Laureano Sustrai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Canor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AC ALDO BONZI's Arnoldo Canor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Cordeiro in the 12th minute of play. Arnoldo Canor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Sustrai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnoldo Canor came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Santa Maradona's Rodolfo Cordeiro. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Cordeiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of AC ALDO BONZI booed when Santa Maradona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Ibar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dave Blair recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Blair in the 31st minute of play forced Santa Maradona's goalkeeper Jonathan Errapel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnoldo Canor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Transito, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. AC ALDO BONZI's Arnoldo Canor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Cordeiro in the 43rd minute of play. With an all-out effort, AC ALDO BONZI's Jonathan Errapel threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tomas Peeters, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 46th minute of the match AC ALDO BONZI got a corner. Santa Maradona's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zacarias Lesardo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Santa Maradona's goalie and right to Octave De Coster. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Santa Maradona's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dave Blair made a kick off. When Miguel Transito came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Santa Maradona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Transito couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Errapel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laureano Sustrai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Canor having to interfere. If Laureano Sustrai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's goal looked a bit too open when Dave Blair came free, but Jonathan Errapel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, AC ALDO BONZI's Arnoldo Canor got control of the ball when Laureano Sustrai tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arnoldo Canor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Transito's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. After 74 minutes AC ALDO BONZI's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Haroldo Martxot who took care of the corner kick. At last the ball reached Gervasio Garcia at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of AC ALDO BONZI. 0-3. If Rodolfo Cordeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodolfo Cordeiro came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arnoldo Canor could save by the left post. AC ALDO BONZI's Ramon Castel was substituted for Octave De Coster. AC ALDO BONZI made a substitution. Diego York replaced Dave Blair. In the 83rd minute of the match Santa Maradona got a corner. AC ALDO BONZI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Haroldo Martxot ran over to the corner to take the kick. Santa Maradona's Rodolfo Cordeiro came free and shot a quick shot against goal 85 minutes in the game, fortunately Arnoldo Canor had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Santa Maradona's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Haroldo Martxot in the 89th minute. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Laureano Sustrai took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Arnoldo Canor to make any attempt to save it. Santa Maradona's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
