Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Heli in the 12th minute of play. Leopoldo Cesaro kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Rodrigo Meléndez hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Joe Tate left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Errecaborda AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Mauro Rameriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdul Majid Awat having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Atletic Club Araucaria's goalkeeper Abdul Majid Awat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Ado. Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Heli in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joe Tate in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdul Majid Awat saved Atletic Club Araucaria from getting behind. Abdul Majid Awat made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Emílio Terra sent off a good shot on target. Abdul Majid Awat was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Prospero Jerardo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Prospero Jerardo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Abdul Majid Awat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Ado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Heli in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Emílio Terra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdul Majid Awat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Lino Heli made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Lino Heli dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edmond Verdun, 2-1. Joe Tate got a throw-in 54 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Prospero Jerardo. Abdul Majid Awat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Ado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, Emílio Terra made a precise shot to the right of Abdul Majid Awat. Atletic Club Araucaria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Atletic Club Araucaria made a substitution. Cirilo Raymon replaced Gayle Leto. Lino Heli kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Meléndez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletic Club Araucaria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Errecaborda AFC the free kick. Rodrigo Meléndez hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. A collision led to Errecaborda AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Aírton Urbano hit a great ball. Cirilo Raymon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edmond Verdun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Rodrigo Meléndez hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Emílio Terra made a precise shot to the right of Abdul Majid Awat. Atletic Club Araucaria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. The corner led Atletic Club Araucaria's Leopoldo Cesaro to fire away a dangerous shot which Edmond Verdun despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Abdul Majid Awat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emílio Terra in the 80th minute of play. After some careless play in the Atletic Club Araucaria defense, Joe Tate kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abdul Majid Awat. The Atletic Club Araucaria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abdul Majid Awat should have stopped the shot. Errecaborda AFC's Isidro Gines was substituted for Emílio Terra. Errecaborda AFC's Hipolito Neron was substituted for Miguel Savion. Pastor Ado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 92 played minutes Atletic Club Araucaria got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Freitag. Errecaborda AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
