The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zhao Sen Yang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Juventus PTM getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinand Honcioiu got free with Ivan Chiuzbaian in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute Primitivo Grau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Gazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Mugurel Pandele got a free kick in the 82nd minute. If Zhao Sen Yang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armando Gazza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 93 minutes of play, Juventus PTM's Ferdinand Honcioiu made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Chiuzbaian was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ferdinand Honcioiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Ivan Chiuzbaian made a huge save.
