Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Shi Li started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Iordache Negrițoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octavian Soare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baal Ares in the 3rd minute of the match. Octavian Soare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karadeniz Otay in the 7th minute of play. A collision led to Galati Harbour Cats getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Shi Li hit a great ball. After 10 played minutes Galati Harbour Cats got a freekick which was hit by Shi Li. Octavian Soare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baal Ares in the 11th minute of play. Baal Ares might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Octavian Soare. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baal Ares ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Galati Harbour Cats's zone, Baal Ares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavian Soare came out of the goal and Baal Ares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baal Ares might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Octavian Soare. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baal Ares ran back to his position shaking his head. Galati Harbour Cats's Octavian Soare played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baal Ares in the 17th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ianis Man in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luca Jivulescu saved Ares FC -MM- from getting behind. Ares FC -MM-'s Zé Augusto Maciel managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Antoni Dembkowski in the 20 minute of the game. Octavian Soare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baal Ares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Karadeniz Otay got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Octavian Soare quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Luca Jivulescu came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li. But to his dismay, Shi Li quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Octavian Soare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baal Ares in the 29th minute of the match. Sven-Åke Ré made in the 33rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Iordache Negrițoiu immediately put the ball in play. After 45 played minutes Galati Harbour Cats got a freekick which was hit by Shi Li. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baal Ares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Shi Li hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Octavian Soare took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baal Ares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, Galati Harbour Cats's goal looked a bit too open when Baal Ares came free, but Octavian Soare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octavian Soare came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Ares FC -MM-'s Baal Ares. But to his dismay, Baal Ares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Octavian Soare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baal Ares in the 59th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Baal Ares made a precise shot to the right of Octavian Soare. Galati Harbour Cats's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Li in the 68th minute of play forced Ares FC -MM-'s goalkeeper Luca Jivulescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luca Jivulescu made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Shi Li sent off a good shot on target. When Ares FC -MM-'s Baal Ares in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Galati Harbour Cats's goalie prevented a goal. After 79 minutes, Viktor Eklund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ares FC -MM- and the Galati Harbour Cats players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ares FC -MM-'s Viktor Eklund got a free kick in the 80th minute. Ares FC -MM-'s Luca Jivulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mo Yuan Fan in the 83rd minute of play. It was a well-played corner which Zé Augusto Maciel managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 88th minute Baal Ares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Soare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Jivulescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shi Li in the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ares FC -MM- fans cheered their team off the field, for while Galati Harbour Cats had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
