Calistrat Madgearu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Czapski in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Czapski in the 16th minute of play forced MIT's goalkeeper Calistrat Madgearu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tristan Falco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiberiu Caramarin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the match, Sabin Miclauș notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of MIT's Calistrat Madgearu. Calistrat Madgearu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sami Zübeyr who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of Calistrat Madgearu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Felix Lucaci hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute MIT were awarded a corner. Ivan Vâtcă went to the cornerflag to take it. Tiberiu Caramarin might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tristan Falco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiberiu Caramarin ran back to his position shaking his head. FC Maci -MM-'s Tristan Falco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Igor Czapski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Madgearu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tiberiu Caramarin to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, MIT's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Czapski came free, but Calistrat Madgearu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Tunander replaced Tiberiu Caramarin. A collision led to FC Maci -MM- getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Felix Lucaci hit a great ball. Nicodim Orășan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tristan Falco having to interfere. Calistrat Madgearu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Czapski in the 86th minute of the match. Calistrat Madgearu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sami Zübeyr in the 92nd minute of play. With a little luck, FC Maci -MM-'s Tristan Falco got control of the ball when David Tunander tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Maci -MM-'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
