Calistrat Madgearu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas D Agostino in the 11th minute of play. Florin Seremet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, MIT's goal looked a bit too open when Iulian Bacalbașa came free, but Calistrat Madgearu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, MIT's Tiberiu Caramarin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paşa Borlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Calistrat Madgearu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. MIT's Calistrat Madgearu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save MIT from getting a goal against them. Calistrat Madgearu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douglas D Agostino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiberiu Caramarin in the 38th minute of play forced THE CRYSTAL SHIP's goalkeeper Paşa Borlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dorin Banu struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Paşa Borlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MIT. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas D Agostino in the 46th minute of play forced MIT's goalkeeper Calistrat Madgearu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esteban Ezkerra to make the kick off. When THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Esteban Ezkerra in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Tiberiu Caramarin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Calistrat Madgearu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iulian Bacalbașa, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Borys Dudek scored 2-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Calistrat Madgearu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. MIT's David Tunander was substituted for Dorin Banu. After a rather tough play, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Mircea Rednic got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute Esteban Ezkerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calistrat Madgearu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th match minute, THE CRYSTAL SHIP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milan Skriniar to maneuver through the defense. MIT's Bogdan Bucataru was substituted for Mihăiţă Ilarie. In the 78th minute, Milan Skriniar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, MIT's Paşa Borlu threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tiberiu Caramarin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A nice corner shot did that Dinu Grigoroiu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Paşa Borlu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteban Ezkerra in the 82nd minute of play forced MIT's goalkeeper Calistrat Madgearu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calistrat Madgearu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iulian Bacalbașa went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Paşa Borlu made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Bogdan Bucataru sent off a good shot on target. Paşa Borlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Tunander, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Paşa Borlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save THE CRYSTAL SHIP from getting a goal against them.
