The MIT fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Calistrat Madgearu should have stopped the shot. Calistrat Madgearu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldinho Messias's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. The audience was convinced that Osvaldinho Messias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Calistrat Madgearu was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Calistrat Madgearu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yenal Tanır in the 61st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicodim Orășan in the 63rd minute of play forced Juventus PTM's goalkeeper Armando Gazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raimundo Espírito Santo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Osvaldinho Messias who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Calistrat Madgearu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinand Honcioiu got free with Calistrat Madgearu in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th match minute, Juventus PTM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualter Távora to maneuver through the defense. MIT's Aurel Buzea was substituted for Florin Seremet. After a rather tough play, Juventus PTM's Gualter Távora got a free kick in the 90th minute. With a little luck, MIT's Calistrat Madgearu got control of the ball when Osvaldinho Messias tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yenal Tanır in the 94th minute of play forced MIT's goalkeeper Calistrat Madgearu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
