Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Orfilio Orbañanos started the match with the kick off. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Orfilio Orbañanos sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 4th minute of play forced U. de Tarapacá's goalkeeper Ariel Balboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orfilio Orbañanos in the 5th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, U. de Tarapacá's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Ariel Balboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuan Zhen Lin in the 8th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yuan Zhen Lin in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 11th minute of play forced U. de Tarapacá's goalkeeper Ariel Balboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Gaona in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Balboa saved U. de Tarapacá from getting behind. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye U. de Tarapacá's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Joel Gaona hit a great ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orfilio Orbañanos in the 21st minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orfilio Orbañanos in the 25th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of U. de Tarapacá's Ariel Balboa. Ariel Balboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute of the match, Yuan Zhen Lin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dante Lacasa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 44th minute, Alberto Tafalla made a precise shot to the right of Ariel Balboa. U. de Tarapacá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yuan Zhen Lin's shot from short distance in the 48th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ariel Balboa made a huge save. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuan Zhen Lin in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Balboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. U. de Tarapacá made a substitution. Kim Heers replaced Yuan Zhen Lin. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Ariel Balboa made a huge save. In the 65th minute of the game Leonardo Leoz made a throw-in which Lautaro Mancebo played forward. In the 67th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ariel Balboa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orfilio Orbañanos in the 71st minute of play. 0-3 became the score in the 76th minute when Alberto Tafalla elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ariel Balboa made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orfilio Orbañanos in the 90th minute of play. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orfilio Orbañanos went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
