Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lázaro Chap took the kick off in the first half of the match. Mainumby were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Uruguay's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Justino Estavan took the corner. The corner led Mainumby's Justino Estavan to fire away a dangerous shot which Joaquin Gayoso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Francisco Seco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guaberto Cucao having to make a save. 14 minutes into the match, Mainumby's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Cazalla came free, but Guaberto Cucao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Francisco Seco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guaberto Cucao was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Guaberto Cucao came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 24 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Gisbert. Guaberto Cucao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Joaquin Gayoso made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Lázaro Chap sent off a good shot on target. Lázaro Chap kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Chap got free with Joaquin Gayoso in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

Mainumby's Francisco Dominic was substituted for Lázaro Chap. Guaberto Cucao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 53rd minute of the match. Ladislao Serafo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Guaberto Cucao made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Mainumby booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guaberto Cucao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. 70 minutes in the game Justino Estavan did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ezequiel Sugoi. The audience was convinced that Francisco Dominic's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. 72 minutes into the game, Francisco Seco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Guaberto Cucao. Francisco Seco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Mainumby's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Francisco Seco scored to the left of an out of position Guaberto Cucao, making the score, 1-3. In the 89th minute Nunez Gizon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 minutes, Justino Estavan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mainumby and the Uruguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mainumby fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! Guaberto Cucao had in the 95thth minute some difficulties stopping Jaime Cazalla's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 99th minute of play forced Mainumby's goalkeeper Guaberto Cucao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
