Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vinicio Bermudo got the match started through his kick off. Carter Monticelli charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carter Monticelli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 2 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Ragıp Işık could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. 45 minutes into the match, Guararapes's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Romeu Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Romeu Guedes made a huge save. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 3-1 when José Pedro Cardozo sped through Mexico's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Romeu Guedes in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guararapes's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
