Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 5 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. Tacettin Umay blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. In the 15thth minute of the game Sílvio Veiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomás San Juan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anis Achour took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Symba's Anis Achour. Anis Achour was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute, Tacettin Umay made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute of the game Imed Akid made a throw-in which Sadok Sfar played forward. In the 43rd minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 45th minute of play forced Symba's goalkeeper Anis Achour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sílvio Veiga to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Tomás San Juan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás San Juan in the 54th minute of play. Anis Achour was a little too slow when Tomas Illescas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 2-2. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Gus Wootton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Tomás San Juan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th play minute Tomas Illescas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Anis Achour. 3-3. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anis Achour read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Patricio Costa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Anis Achour was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Symba's Gus Wootton. But to his dismay, Gus Wootton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Veiga in the 92nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 92 minutes, Sílvio Veiga put it in 5-4 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The audience was convinced that Tomás San Juan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 95th minute of the game.
