Deportivo Gamberro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Panama the free kick. A collision led to Deportivo Gamberro getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ambrosio Kepa hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Bruno Pascal in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Havier, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The supporters of Deportivo Gamberro booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position.
