Léon Cailleaux might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kepa Arrizabalaga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arthur Guedes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Roncourt's Brian Fumey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Guedes in the 84th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Roncourt's zone, Arthur Guedes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brian Fumey came out of the goal and Arthur Guedes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arthur Guedes in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Brian Fumey saved Roncourt from getting behind. J.P. Kapar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kepa Arrizabalaga firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kepa Arrizabalaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Marc Kazmierczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Roncourt's goal looked a bit too open when Arthur Guedes came free, but Brian Fumey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Roncourt had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
