BlueLionesse's Ilie Crainic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Romero in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliciano Harri in the 4th minute of play forced BlueLionesse's goalkeeper Ilie Crainic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafin Ishmael kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's goalkeeper 龚扬强 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihail Albu. BlueLionesse's Ilie Crainic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliciano Harri in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zuberbühler FC's goalkeeper 龚扬强, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to BlueLionesse getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Matthew Tielve hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's goalkeeper 龚扬强 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mihail Albu. Zuberbühler FC's 龚扬强 proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Zuberbühler FC from getting a goal against them. In the 24th match minute, Zuberbühler FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casimiro Romero to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mihail Albu got free with 龚扬强 in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ilie Crainic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ilie Crainic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Acevedo in the 33rd minute of the match. After 35 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Eustacio Mantzio. 龚扬强 was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Radu Pânzaru. Cristinel Nicodim in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of 龚扬强, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cristinel Nicodim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 龚扬强 having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Zuberbühler FC's Serafin Ishmael got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Ilie Crainic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Romero in the 45th minute of play. Matthew Tielve kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristinel Nicodim to strike the kick off in the second half. Zuberbühler FC's Feliciano Harri got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 62 minutes into the game, Eustacio Mantzio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zuberbühler FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BlueLionesse the free kick. In the 62nd match minute, Zuberbühler FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Mantzio to maneuver through the defense. Zuberbühler FC made a substitution. Pedro Donio replaced Mehmet Halis Kutsalmis. Zuberbühler FC's Derk Borst was substituted for Feliciano Harri. In the 69th minute of the game Matthew Tielve made a throw-in which Radu Pânzaru played forward. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Octavian Isărescu in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck 龚扬强 prevented the ball from getting in the gole. BlueLionesse's Ilie Crainic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Gipuzkoa in the 74th minute of play. Ilie Crainic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Gipuzkoa in the 76th minute of play. When Derk Borst came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Zuberbühler FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Derk Borst couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in BlueLionesse's zone, Derk Borst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ilie Crainic came out of the goal and Derk Borst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ilie Crainic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiburcio Goito in the 86th minute of play. If Mădălin Botgros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 0-2 became the score in the 92nd minute when Julio Gipuzkoa elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.

The BlueLionesse supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zuberbühler FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Zuberbühler FC.
