Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Militros F.C.'s Filipe Zanussi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The Militros F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sandro Tasso should have stopped the shot. Militros F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. Moises Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Ocampo to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Filipe Zanussi tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esteban Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Filipe Zanussi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Filipe Zanussi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute of the match, Edmundo Espiga tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sandro Tasso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nilton Negri in the 63 minute of the game. Sandro Tasso was a little too slow when Edmundo Espiga got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-3. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Honduras booed when Militros F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diguinho da Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Honduras's Christian Sancho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nilton Negri in the 84 minute of the game. Edmundo Espiga was extremely unlucky when he, in the 85th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Militros F.C.'s zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sandro Tasso came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 91 minutes into the game, Sebastian Villa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sandro Tasso. Sebastian Villa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Sandro Tasso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Tafalla in the 96th minute of the match. Kauã Zanussi kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sandro Tasso having to make a save.
