Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Francisco Seco made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Uruguay booed when Cura del Futbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Blanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Conrado Eron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Seco in the 6th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Conrado Eron prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kevin Carballal kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Melquiades Rosalio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Conrado Eron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Gisbert in the 20th minute of the match. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 27 minutes, Constantino Peter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cura del Futbol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantino Peter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Cura del Futbol's Joaquin Gayoso threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Constantino Peter, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 31st minute, Francisco Seco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 36th minute, Maximiliano Escribano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Seco in the 45th minute of play forced Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Conrado Eron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximiliano Escribano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conrado Eron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Constantino Peter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Francisco Seco took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Conrado Eron to make any attempt to save it. Conrado Eron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Cazalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Stephen in the 60th minute of play. After 62 played minutes Cura del Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Rosalio. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Conrado Eron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cura del Futbol's Gilberto Aztore got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th match minute, Cura del Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Chus to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Cazalla's shot from long distance in the 66th minute was not bad at all, but Cura del Futbol's Conrado Eron knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Conrado Eron. That made the score 0-4 after 67 minutes of play. When Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cura del Futbol's goalie prevented a goal. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cura del Futbol's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Cazalla was slow to take the kick. During this time Uruguay's players had a chance to rest. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Jaime Cazalla took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Conrado Eron to make any attempt to save it. In the 79th minute, Francisco Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Conrado Eron was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Maximiliano Escribano struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Conrado Eron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Uruguay. After 95 minutes, Francisco Seco made it 0-9 with a short kick to the right side. Cura del Futbol's Conrado Eron tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Cura del Futbol fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Uruguay were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
