In the 5th minute Özbek Heper shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the game, Özbek Heper was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Özbek Heper hit a great ball. Ramiro Teles hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's Dedé Alves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 8th minute of play. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Dedé Alves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hjalmar Pettersson in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 15th minute of play forced YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's goalkeeper Dedé Alves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dedé Alves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Ramiro Teles hit a great ball. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Hjalmar Pettersson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dedé Alves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Dedé Alves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dedé Alves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Antonio Arias got a free kick in the 47th minute. YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ made a substitution. Izydor Smolak replaced Galip Kutalmış. 49 minutes into the game, Hjalmar Pettersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dedé Alves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 55th minute of the match. Luis Andino took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dedé Alves. Dedé Alves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Zikri Palabıyık kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hjalmar Pettersson in the 60th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 63 minutes, Özbek Heper managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Özbek Heper was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 65 minutes into the match, YERSIYAHGOKBEYAZ's goalkeeper Dedé Alves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. 65 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dedé Alves. Felix Montenegro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Özbek Heper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Dedé Alves managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 74th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dedé Alves could save by the left post. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hjalmar Pettersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Celil Yanal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Dedé Alves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute Hjalmar Pettersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
