Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Koby Wright started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 8 minutes into the game, Canada's Koby Wright nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rune Jarstein made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Canada's Jax Williamson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Paulo da Silva in the 10th minute of play. Koby Wright fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Jarstein having to interfere. Carter George sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Wilhelm Nienhaus fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hertha 1969's protests and gave Wilhelm Nienhaus a yellow card for diving instead. Wilhelm Nienhaus hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When Canada's Luka Harris in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hertha 1969's goalie prevented a goal. Rune Jarstein showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter George in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute Carter George shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Jarstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gigel Elenescu. Rune Jarstein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Gigel Elenescu hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Gigel Elenescu took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jax Williamson. Jax Williamson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 44 minutes into the game, Wilhelm Nienhaus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jax Williamson. Wilhelm Nienhaus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wilhelm Nienhaus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jax Williamson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Nienhaus in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Canada getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Alfred John hit a great ball. Canada made a substitution. Filip Edwards replaced Koby Wright. 57 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Wilhelm Nienhaus came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 59th minute of the game was made by Benedikt Bensch with Nils Hovermann as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 60 minutes into the match, Hertha 1969's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Mccarthy came free, but Rune Jarstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Canada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan Dixon in the 62nd minute. After taking down the ball on Canada's corner Jan Dixon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rune Jarstein quite easily take care of the ball. Jan Dixon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rune Jarstein having to make a save. Rune Jarstein made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Dixon in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Filip Edwards had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rune Jarstein. Hertha 1969's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filip Edwards was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Jax Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigel Elenescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rune Jarstein made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred John in the 71st minute. Canada's Luka Harris managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ziemowit Tscherner in the 72 minute of the game. Hertha 1969's Rune Jarstein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Edwards in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Edwards in the 73rd minute of play forced Hertha 1969's goalkeeper Rune Jarstein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute, Zé Paulo da Silva made a precise shot to the right of Jax Williamson. Canada's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 81st match minute, Hertha 1969 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ziemowit Tscherner to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute Filip Edwards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Jarstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rune Jarstein took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filip Edwards, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jax Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gigel Elenescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hertha 1969 were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Canada for a fine match.
