Lenny Hoarau could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Teobald Piszczor made a huge save. 28 minutes into the match, Panathinaikos's goal looked a bit too open when Mieszko Jucha came free, but Gerard Swee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lenny Hoarau got free with Teobald Piszczor in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 34 played minutes PAIDAGOGOS got a freekick which was hit by Mieszko Jucha. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vahdet Olgun in the 36th minute of play forced PAIDAGOGOS's goalkeeper Teobald Piszczor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teobald Piszczor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 刘洋朗, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 邓轩真 hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. PAIDAGOGOS's Boleslaw Debkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Panathinaikos getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. 邓轩真 hit a great ball. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vahdet Olgun made a kick off. Teobald Piszczor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 刘洋朗 in the 52nd minute of the match. Mieszko Jucha in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gerard Swee, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 邓轩真 kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, PAIDAGOGOS's Carmine Gaspari seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Carmine Gaspari the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of PAIDAGOGOS protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Carmine Gaspari had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PAIDAGOGOS! An unexpectedly hard shot by Vahdet Olgun in the 65th minute of play forced PAIDAGOGOS's goalkeeper Teobald Piszczor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd match minute, Panathinaikos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 刘洋朗 to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Panathinaikos booed when PAIDAGOGOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mieszko Jucha didn't get a good kick on the ball.
