Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of The Green Fairies booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincent Mossberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harald Fridlund was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harald Fridlund having to interfere. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Mossberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vincent Mossberg who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Vincent Mossberg in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When David Hedman fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Green Fairies's protests and gave David Hedman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and The Green Fairies's Harald Fridlund didn't even have to move. Patrice Coker kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 36th minute of play forced The Green Fairies's goalkeeper Harald Fridlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of The Green Fairies's Harald Fridlund. Harald Fridlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 42 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Harald Fridlund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vincent Mossberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Julio Vera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Cristian Sancho scored 0-4 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Harald Fridlund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vincent Mossberg made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, The Green Fairies's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Harald Fridlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Harald Fridlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Agustín Saelices recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Harald Fridlund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd match minute, The Green Fairies was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Mossberg to maneuver through the defense. The Green Fairies's Harald Fridlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 64th minute of play. After 67 played minutes The Green Fairies got a freekick which was hit by Kurt Myr. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vincent Mossberg in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 73rd minute, Vincent Mossberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Green Fairies fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. If Folke Skoglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Harald Fridlund came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Harald Fridlund in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Harald Fridlund managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 95 minutes of play, The Green Fairies's Vincent Mossberg made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
