The supporters of Venezuela booed when FC ciufulici was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrei Joita didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee gave Venezuela a penalty, 48 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tomas Illescas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC ciufulici's Marius Rusu. 3-2. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The referee gave FC ciufulici a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edgar Vlas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 4-2. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC ciufulici's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
