Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ceferino Salvatore to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Olavo Gameiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joacim First saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sílvio Luís Ceresso kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. BIAMAR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Holger Siöberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2.
