Israel Carvalhal made a great header on Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s corner, it was just that MEXACOMX's Januário Rangel managed to reach the ball for a save. MEXACOMX's Januário Rangel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Lixandro in the 45th minute of play. After a rather tough play, MEXACOMX's Aang 张飞 got a free kick in the 47th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Israel Carvalhal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Israel Carvalhal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Januário Rangel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Tomás Jordão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sporting Clube V.R.S.A. made a substitution. Modesto Bras replaced Israel Carvalhal. 78 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Guerra came free, but Qiu Chuan Ran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sporting Clube V.R.S.A. booed when MEXACOMX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldo Gaufred didn't get a good kick on the ball. 79 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Lixandro came free, but Januário Rangel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Guerra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Qiu Chuan Ran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. MEXACOMX's Julio-César Romo-Leroux quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Witold Piszczor, made in the 86th minute of the game. In the 86th minute, Wu Liang Mo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After a rather tough play, MEXACOMX's Wu Liang Mo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. MEXACOMX's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
