Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Raul Leal started the match with the kick off. Léo Giansanti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Ivo Guterres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute Léo Giansanti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivo Guterres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Léo Giansanti in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivo Guterres saved SC Freiburg 09 from getting behind. When A RATA DA SALGUEIRINHA's Léo Giansanti in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Freiburg 09's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in SC Freiburg 09's zone, Léo Giansanti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivo Guterres came out of the goal and Léo Giansanti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 23 played minutes A RATA DA SALGUEIRINHA got a freekick which was hit by Abel Castelo Branco. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raul Leal in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Éder Póvoas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the match, A RATA DA SALGUEIRINHA's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Leal came free, but Éder Póvoas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 31 played minutes A RATA DA SALGUEIRINHA got a freekick which was hit by Léo Giansanti. Abel Castelo Branco kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. A RATA DA SALGUEIRINHA's Éder Póvoas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save A RATA DA SALGUEIRINHA from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raul Leal in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Éder Póvoas saved A RATA DA SALGUEIRINHA from getting behind. Raul Leal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Éder Póvoas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Raul Leal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Éder Póvoas. Raul Leal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Léo Giansanti made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abílio Passos in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Éder Póvoas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A RATA DA SALGUEIRINHA's Éder Póvoas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Leal in the 58th minute of play. Raul Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuno Bragança received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Éder Póvoas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SC Freiburg 09 getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Nuno Bragança hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bento Porto got free with Ivo Guterres in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raul Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Éder Póvoas came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Freiburg 09's Raul Leal. But to his dismay, Raul Leal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Éder Póvoas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Leal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Bento Porto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ivo Guterres. The goal made the score 3-1. Éder Póvoas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. A RATA DA SALGUEIRINHA's Éder Póvoas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Leal in the 94th minute of play. SC Freiburg 09's Raul Leal got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SC Freiburg 09's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
