When Deilmison van Basten came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the ATHLETICO PRaiano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Deilmison van Basten couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Gabriel Vinhas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rodriguinho Sousa. 13 minutes into the match, Relyn Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Gino Velasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Deilmison van Basten. Deilmison van Basten could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Gino Velasco made a huge save. Rodriguinho Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Vinhas in the 19th minute of play. Relyn Futebol Clube's Gino Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deilmison van Basten in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Faria came free, but Rodriguinho Sousa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deilmison van Basten in the 27th minute of play forced Relyn Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Gino Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Relyn Futebol Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gabriel Vinhas in the 31st minute. Relyn Futebol Clube's Gabriel Vinhas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rodriguinho Sousa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 32nd minute, Deilmison van Basten made a precise shot to the right of Gino Velasco. Relyn Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Gino Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 35th minute of the match. Namık Kemal Baytüze kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Rodriguinho Sousa came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Relyn Futebol Clube's Gabriel Vinhas. But to his dismay, Gabriel Vinhas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A collision led to Relyn Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Michael Åkerström hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Deilmison van Basten made a precise shot to the right of Gino Velasco. Relyn Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Gino Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, ATHLETICO PRaiano's goalkeeper Rodriguinho Sousa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Vinhas. Namık Kemal Baytüze kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Namık Kemal Baytüze hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes Relyn Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Namık Kemal Baytüze. Gino Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deilmison van Basten in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Gabriel Vinhas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Relyn Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Rodriguinho Sousa made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Gabriel Vinhas sent off a good shot on target. After 91 minutes, Deilmison van Basten made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Relyn Futebol Clube's Gino Velasco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Deilmison van Basten in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gino Velasco saved Relyn Futebol Clube from getting behind.
