In the 13th match minute, Bizard FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bozhin Bishkarov to maneuver through the defense. AFC - Curitiba's Luiz Fábio Borges couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bizard FC. But to his dismay, Luiz Fabiano Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 24 played minutes AFC - Curitiba got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fábio Borges. Duarte Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Sena in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Bizard FC booed when AFC - Curitiba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joseba Roa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Guga Zaracho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luiz Fábio Borges hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Hermínio Alvarenga kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan Bykowski made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fabiano Sena got free with Duarte Mendes in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute, Bizard FC's Luiz Fabiano Sena ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Duarte Mendes. Duarte Mendes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Fábio Borges during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to AFC - Curitiba getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Luiz Fábio Borges hit a great ball. Luiz Fabiano Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 71st minute, AFC - Curitiba's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Victor Pinho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Luiz Fabiano Sena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Duarte Mendes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. In the 89th minute Matouš Carda suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When Erdoğan Akçay fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bizard FC's protests and gave Erdoğan Akçay a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, Erdoğan Akçay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Romário Ortiz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AFC - Curitiba fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bizard FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
