Relyn Futebol Clube's attentive Romeo Cangeopol managed to snatch the ball when Adalberto Xavier made a throw-in in the 3rd minute of the game. Gabriel Vinhas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Luiz Corrêa made a huge save. Gabriel Vinhas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Corrêa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute Relyn Futebol Clube were awarded a corner. Gabriel Vinhas went to the cornerflag to take it. Magno Diniz made a great header on Relyn Futebol Clube's corner, it was just that ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa managed to reach the ball for a save. Gino Velasco came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by ROSÁRIO SPORT's Sten Andrejević. But to his dismay, Sten Andrejević quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Luiz Corrêa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gabriel Vinhas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. When ROSÁRIO SPORT's Sten Andrejević in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Relyn Futebol Clube's goalie prevented a goal. 32 minutes into the match, ROSÁRIO SPORT's goal looked a bit too open when Erkan Tükelalp came free, but Luiz Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Luiz Corrêa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erkan Tükelalp in the 34th minute of play. The supporters of Relyn Futebol Clube booed when ROSÁRIO SPORT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sten Andrejević didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Vinhas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sten Andrejević to make the kick off. Relyn Futebol Clube made a substitution. Nildo da Silveira thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Luiz Corrêa, a very annoying self made goal in the 65th minute which led to 2-2. Dean Harvey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Gino Velasco made a huge save. In the 71st minute, Gabriel Vinhas made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Corrêa. ROSÁRIO SPORT's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. ROSÁRIO SPORT made a substitution. Douglas Basso replaced Sigvard Rosendal. Gino Velasco made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Alexandros Krieser sent off a good shot on target. After 79 minutes, Genaro Valdemoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Relyn Futebol Clube and the ROSÁRIO SPORT players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th minute, Genaro Valdemoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, ROSÁRIO SPORT's Sten Andrejević sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gino Velasco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, ROSÁRIO SPORT's goal looked a bit too open when Erkan Tükelalp came free, but Luiz Corrêa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Relyn Futebol Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gabriel Vinhas in the 82nd minute. Romeo Cangeopol hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Relyn Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandros Krieser came free, but Gino Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Vinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Corrêa having to interfere. Luiz Corrêa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Vinhas, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Luiz Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Vinhas in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute Erkan Tükelalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Corrêa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Relyn Futebol Clube's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
