Ronaldo de Moraes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beila Mora's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. Ronaldo de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beila Mora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th minute Robustiano Clementi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Beila Mora put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ronaldo de Moraes. Hudson Gaúcho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dudu Magalhães in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th minute Beila Mora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo de Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute, Beila Mora made a precise shot to the right of Ronaldo de Moraes. Vista Alegre FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Robustiano Clementi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Clementi in the 24th minute of play forced Austra 04 VFC's goalkeeper Hudson Gaúcho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robustiano Clementi in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hudson Gaúcho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute, Robustiano Clementi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vista Alegre FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Robustiano Clementi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hudson Gaúcho having to make a save. If Beila Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute Robustiano Clementi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Robustiano Clementi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hudson Gaúcho was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dudu Magalhães made a kick off. Beila Mora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vista Alegre FC's Ronaldo de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráuzio Cerezo in the 53rd minute of play. After 54 minutes Vista Alegre FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Douglas Tande who took care of the corner kick. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vista Alegre FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Douglas Tande was slow to take the kick. During this time Austra 04 VFC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Douglas Tande got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ronaldo de Moraes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vista Alegre FC's Norberto de Azevedo was substituted for Dudu Magalhães. In the 63rd minute, Igor Souza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beila Mora blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronaldo de Moraes having to make a save. Ronaldo de Moraes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beila Mora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beila Mora sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vista Alegre FC's Lex Nelis was substituted for Igor Souza. Vista Alegre FC's attentive Primitivo Ibar managed to snatch the ball when Raúl Perez made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. 77 minutes into the match, Austra 04 VFC's goal looked a bit too open when Norberto de Azevedo came free, but Hudson Gaúcho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Austra 04 VFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Norberto de Azevedo scored to the left of an out of position Hudson Gaúcho, making the score, 2-2. Beila Mora took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronaldo de Moraes. Ronaldo de Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Norberto de Azevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute Wellington Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo de Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
