The Galja Kraków fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 23rd minute, Xinto Carreiras made a precise shot to the right of Bogdan Marek. Galja Kraków's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Filcho Kordov got a free kick in the 27th minute. Sporting Buceo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 29th minute, when Zbyszek Pawelczyk scored to the left of an out of position Máximo Correia, making the score, 2-1. Segundo Aureo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Uno Deckberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Máximo Correia could save by the left post. The throw-in from Phillipe Lache in the 37th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sporting Buceo's Ramón Arias. Galja Kraków's Bogdan Marek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rainier Gregoire in the 40th minute of play. Bogdan Marek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xinto Carreiras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filcho Kordov was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xinto Carreiras to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Sartori in the 51st minute of play forced Galja Kraków's goalkeeper Bogdan Marek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charly Good made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Galja Kraków's Zdzislaw Trynda. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zbyszek Pawelczyk in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máximo Correia saved Sporting Buceo from getting behind. If Feng Jun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bogdan Marek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feng Jun in the 73rd minute. After 75 played minutes Galja Kraków got a freekick which was hit by Macho Man. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zbyszek Pawelczyk in the 78th minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Máximo Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Galja Kraków's Bogdan Marek got control of the ball when Feng Jun tried to sneak it across the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszek Pawelczyk came free, but Máximo Correia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roch Frankowski in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máximo Correia saved Sporting Buceo from getting behind. Feng Jun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Feng Jun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bogdan Marek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Galja Kraków were victorious despite being under pressure from Sporting Buceo for much of the match.
