After taking down the ball on MS Rybnik's corner Cyprian Orling fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Artur Boruc quite easily take care of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as MS Rybnik's José Augusto Rosa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Artur Boruc. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Izydor Wolnik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luo Wei Xi in the 15th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Luo Wei Xi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izydor Wolnik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If José Augusto Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Augusto Rosa got free with Artur Boruc in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. MS Rybnik's attentive Casimiro Claus managed to snatch the ball when Zula Oryl made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. In the 20th minute, José Augusto Rosa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Artur Boruc. The goal made the score 2-0. The throw-in from Zula Oryl in the 25th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by MS Rybnik's Casimiro Claus. José Augusto Rosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. MS Rybnik were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Joga Bonito's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cyprian Orling took the corner. MS Rybnik's Szczepan Zacharzewski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Artur Boruc in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A sloppy throw-in by Zula Oryl in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MS Rybnik's Casimiro Claus. In the 38th match minute, MS Rybnik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szczepan Zacharzewski to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when José Augusto Rosa made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, José Augusto Rosa made a precise shot to the right of Artur Boruc. Joga Bonito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 59th minute, José Augusto Rosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MS Rybnik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. A collision led to Joga Bonito getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Fernandez in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artur Boruc saved Joga Bonito from getting behind. Artur Boruc came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by MS Rybnik's Evaristo Fernandez. But to his dismay, Evaristo Fernandez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. The supporters of Joga Bonito booed when MS Rybnik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sérgio Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andy Symons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When MS Rybnik's Evaristo Fernandez in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Artur Boruc was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Artur Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evaristo Fernandez, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Fernandez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Joga Bonito players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MS Rybnik.
