One of Chile:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dr Lecter SC:s goal. 5-0 came in the 38th minute when Corneliu Dridu all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Orlando Casaus made the kick off in the second half. Chile's Felix Garrido quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 67th minute Corneliu Dridu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dr Lecter SC's Corneliu Dridu got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Corneliu Dridu kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Corneliu Dridu hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. If Corneliu Dridu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, Dr Lecter SC could leave the field as winners, despite Chile having more of the ball for most of the match.
