Remus Avacariței's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Ilie Bojonca might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ilie Bojonca ran back to his position shaking his head. The Implant de Ego ™ fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Implant de Ego ™'s Flavius Gligan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilie Bojonca in the 32nd minute of play. Implant de Ego ™'s Florin Feroiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 34th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Firea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilie Bojonca in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute of the match Implant de Ego ™ got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robert Firea ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Implant de Ego ™ booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Gaos didn't get a good kick on the ball.
