An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernso Constant in the 4th minute of play forced DARAS's goalkeeper Lilcho Chohadzhiev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lilcho Chohadzhiev came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Haiti's Jonathan Alphonse. But to his dismay, Jonathan Alphonse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Raymond Louis made in the 12th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by DARAS's Boycho Barbutski. Lilcho Chohadzhiev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernso Constant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavril Bratovanov kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Ernso Constant had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lilcho Chohadzhiev. DARAS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernso Constant was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. DARAS's Lilcho Chohadzhiev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Philippe Ambroise hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gergin Bogoev got free with Noel Seide in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With 41 minutes on the clock, Matey Trashliev commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in DARAS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Alphonse to make the kick off. With a little luck, DARAS's Lilcho Chohadzhiev got control of the ball when Ernso Constant tried to sneak it across the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, DARAS's goalkeeper Lilcho Chohadzhiev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonathan Alphonse. If Ernso Constant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Grisha Dragulev fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DARAS's protests and gave Grisha Dragulev a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th minute, Grisha Dragulev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lilcho Chohadzhiev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Alphonse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, DARAS's goal looked a bit too open when Philippe Ambroise came free, but Lilcho Chohadzhiev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to DARAS getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Svetoslav Hrulev hit a great ball. Lilcho Chohadzhiev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 92nd minute. The Haiti supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Haiti would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
