Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Abram Sarmiento kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Mathias de Ruijter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mathias de Ruijter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Mike Zoetmulder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mike Zoetmulder saved De Pelgrims from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Montenegro in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mike Zoetmulder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mike Zoetmulder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Joshua Garrido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike Zoetmulder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Montrel Perpiñán, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mike Zoetmulder having to make a save. De Pelgrims's Mike Zoetmulder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 18th minute of play. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mike Zoetmulder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. The supporters of Colombia booed when De Pelgrims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henk Cardinaal didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Perivaldo Eger tried to sneak it across the goal line. Colombia's attentive Kevin Mastache managed to snatch the ball when Zé Pedro Figueiredo made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 30th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mike Zoetmulder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After taking down the ball on Colombia's corner Luis Cazalla fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mike Zoetmulder quite easily take care of the ball. Mike Zoetmulder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joshua Garrido's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mike Zoetmulder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 37th minute of play. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Orlando Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Orlando Tafalla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mike Zoetmulder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mike Zoetmulder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Perivaldo Eger made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias de Ruijter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Colombia's Abram Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Axel Montenegro in the 57thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mike Zoetmulder, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 57th match minute, De Pelgrims was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fu Peng Feng to maneuver through the defense. Mike Zoetmulder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Mastache in the 60th minute of play. Mike Zoetmulder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 61st minute of the match. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Mike Zoetmulder made a huge save. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Montrel Perpiñán in the 69th minute of play. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind De Pelgrims's goalkeeper Mike Zoetmulder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 78 minutes of play, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mike Zoetmulder was left in no man's land by his defense there! Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Colombia's Abram Secada got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignacio Mastache in the 85th minute of play forced De Pelgrims's goalkeeper Mike Zoetmulder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias de Ruijter in the 87th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Montrel Perpiñán, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. It was Kevin Mastache who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Kevin Mastache almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but De Pelgrims's Mike Zoetmulder did a great save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
